The PAC program has is a scientifically validated program that enhances the youth sport experience for all participants. The PAC program has three educationally based modules that cover three skill sets for parents, athletes and coaches.
The method is elegant in its ability to deliver a practical program on-site, designed to service the needs of clubs. In consultation with your staff we design materials to create a healthy and productive environment for our PAC triad of parents, athletes and coaches. The PAC is delivered by workshops, facilitation, lecture, role-playing, web-based and video methods of education. The PAC program delivery is an assessment in conjunction with your staff to best fit the specific needs of the club.
